L3 Commercial Training Solutions provides this European low-cost carrier with a full range of services. As easyJet’s ‘preferred’ partner for the training and resourcing of newly-qualified pilots, we were selected as an exclusive partner to launch the Generation easyJet Pilot Training Program, including the Amy Johnson Flying Initiative.
L3 Commercial Training Solutions exclusively provides selection and training services for both the inaugural and subsequent Virgin Atlantic ‘Future Flyers’ airline pilot career programmes under the regulations of the Multi-crew Pilot Licence (MPL).
We have enjoyed a long-standing relationship with British Airways. Our two companies have collaborated in providing new entrant pilot training since 1996 and have since been entrusted as the first outsourced training provider to deliver conversion training.
When L3 CTS/CTC Aviation’s airline pilot career program, CTC WINGS was announced in 2003, Thomas Cook Airlines was one of the launch Partner airlines. Between 2003 and 2008 the airline employed 47 of the program's graduate pilots.
The MPL in partnership with Qatar Airways is the culmination of a collaboration of Qatar Airways, the Qatar CAA and L3 CTS.
Oman’s flag carrier, Oman Air, chose L3 CTS to support their pilot training requirement on a long term partnership basis.

We provided Air Tanker's Future Strategic Tanker Aircraft (FSTA) program with expert civil support during their Airbus 330-200 fleet introduction.
Through delivering the Dragonair Cadet Pilot Program, we became only the second Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) approved training organisation (outside of Hong Kong) to be approved to conduct Integrated CAD509 training for the issue of HKCAD Commercial Pilot Licences.
fastjet – Africa’s newest airline which operated for the first time in November 2012 – selected L3 CTS to provide an extensive range of support services in preparation for the airline’s launch.
Selected by Dubai’s first low-cost carrier, flydubai, to manage and carry out all pilot recruitment.
IndiGo has entrusted L3 CTS to deliver an intensive command skills development program to some of their future Captains in order to support the airline’s dynamic expansion.
