3. Services to customer airlines for the recruitment of experienced airline pilots – First Officers, Captains and Training Captains (some of whom are then provided to airlines by L3 Commercial Training Solutions through FLEXICREW).

 

Our selection services are completed by a dedicated full-time team based at our Airline Resourcing & Selection Center – Dibden Manor, near Southampton, UK; delivering aptitude testing, interviews, group exercises and flight simulator test preparation. We have the capacity to manage over 20,000 pilot applications annually for the various training programs and career opportunities on offer.

 

Our team and the selection tools we use are fully mobile and customisable; we can deliver pilot selection services anywhere in the world according to customer requirements.

 

Our dedicated airline selection and resourcing team is qualified and experienced in all aspects of skills assessment and selection, including:

 

  • Psychometric analysis

  • Aptitude assessment

  • Psychomotor testing

  • Non-technical skills evaluation

  • Team skills evaluation

  • Interviewing to assess motivation and suitability

  • Aircraft handling skills assessments (simulator-based)

 

We offer either our own well-established processes and latest-generation selection tools, or we can tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of your airline. A complete solution can also be provided to airline managers who seek to outsource their entire airline pilot recruitment process.

Our graduates are considered to be among the best in the industry – it all begins with rigorous selection.

Qualified Pilot Selection

We provide selection services to airlines for pilots of all experience levels. Our team of experienced assessors can screen applications using our own web-based tool – electronic Mass Application (eMA).

 

We offer bespoke aptitude and psychometric testing, team skills exercises, interview boards and simulator skills assessments according to both your needs and applicant experience levels.

 

Resourcing

We supply airline pilots with a range of qualifications and experience. This is to meet a growing need for airline managers to rationalise pilot selection, training, management and crew costs.

 

Our airline pilot resourcing service is called FLEXICREW. This provides graduates from our career programs, through to experienced first officers and captains, to fill key regulatory post-holder and training management roles.

 

Pre-selected graduate pilots come either from our own programs or, from other quality training partners with whom we have established alliances. We also offer direct entry pilot recruitment and selection services to airlines that seek additional experienced pilots looking to further their careers.

 

FLEXICREW provides airline pilot resourcing solutions on either a permanent employment, or on a flexible basis ‘on-demand’.

 

We provide newly qualified graduate pilots. These are predominantly recent graduates from our flagship career program and our ATP program – supplied either on a flexible, fixed-term or permanent contract basis. We also supply qualified pilots with a range of experience levels on either flexible, fixed-term or permanent contracts.

 

FLEXICREW pilots are managed by our dedicated team, who work closely with both you and the individual pilots – managing rosters, leave and payroll requirements throughout the engagement period.
