CRAWLEY, U.K., November 21, 2017 – L3 Commercial Training Solutions (L3 CTS) announced today that it has been awarded a major relocation and upgrade contract from ANA, the largest airline in Japan.
Under this contract, L3 CTS will relocate 12 Full Flight Simulators and eight Lower-Level Devices from ANA’s current training facility to its newly built 22-bay training center in Tokyo.
In addition, L3 CTS will be carrying out substantial updates to many of ANA’s current devices, including the introduction of its latest RealitySeven™ computing suite and additional aircraft system updates. “This is a new chapter in our long-standing relationship with L3 CTS. Training is one of the most important elements for the safety and quality of airline business. The success of this project will greatly contribute to high-quality training for ANA Group in the future,” said Shinzo Shimizu, Executive Vice President and Chairman of Operation Division for ANA.
