CRAWLEY, U.K., February 7, 2018 – L3 Commercial Training Solutions (L3 CTS) announced today the launch of a new Jetstar Asia Airways Cadet Pilot Training Program designed to develop high-caliber students into professional pilots for the airline.
The program will support the resourcing demands for the Singapore-based airline and demonstrates its commitment to train a new generation of qualified pilots as it continues to grow its network in the region.

The first course is planned to start in mid-2018 at which point successful applicants will undertake a six-month ground school training in Singapore with Revion Ground School. Following that, they will commence flight training on L3 CTS’s latest-generation aircraft and simulators at the purpose-built Training Center in Hamilton, New Zealand. Upon successful completion, they will then proceed on to A320 type-rating with Jetstar Asia.
